drm/amd/amdgpu: add dummy_page_addr to sriov msg

Add dummy_page_addr to sriov msg for host driver to set
GCVM_L2_PROTECTION_DEFAULT_ADDR* registers correctly.

v2:
should update vf2pf msg instead
