staging: vt6655: Rename bySleepCount variable

Drop Hungarian notation in `bySleepCount` variable in
`RFvWriteWakeProgSyn` function. Change it to use snake case.

Fix issue detected by checkpatch.pl:
  CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <bySleepCount>
