drm/radeon/kms: Don't overwrite crtc_gen_cntl or crtc_gen_cntl2

Don't overwritte  crtc_gen_cntl or crtc_gen_cntl2 or we may loose the
cursor. This especialy happen when changing video mode. Fix bugs:
