WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in lib/atomic64_test.o
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_DESCRIPTION() in lib/hashtable_test.o

Add the missing invocations of the MODULE_DESCRIPTION() macro.
