staging: xgifb: delete XGI_GetSenseStatus()

Delete unused function XGI_GetSenseStatus().

Static functions XGINew_Is301B(), XGINew_Sense(), XGINew_GetPanelID(),
XGINew_BridgeIsEnable() and XGINew_SenseHiTV() can be deleted as well,
since they are not used anymore.
