x86, defconfig: update kernel position parameters

Update CONFIG_RELOCATABLE, CONFIG_PHYSICAL_START and
CONFIG_PHYSICAL_ALIGN to reflect the current defaults.

[ Impact: make defconfig match Kconfig defaults ]
