Commit bd0fa9bb45 introduced a failure path to cpufreq_update_policy() if
cpufreq_driver->get(cpu) returns NULL. However, it jumps to the 'no_policy'
label, which exits without unlocking any of the locks the function acquired
earlier. This causes later calls into cpufreq to hang.
Fix this by creating a new 'unlock' label and jumping to that instead.

drm/i915: Track which ring a context ran on
Previously we dropped the association of a context to a ring. It is
however very important to know which ring a context ran on (we could
have reused the other member, but I was nitpicky).
This is very important when we switch address spaces, which unlike
context objects, do change per ring.
As an example, if we have:
RCS BCS
ctx A
ctx A
ctx B
ctx B
Without tracking the last ring B ran on, we wouldn't know to switch the
address space on BCS in the last row.
But this is not really true, because we are already checking to != from (with
"from" being = ring->last_context) and that should be enough to make sure we
switch to the right address space.
We would have a problem if we switched the context object for every ring (since
then we would fail to do it in some situations) but we only switch it for the
render ring, so we don't care.

A mixed bag of fixes, many of which feel just to late for 3.15.
* hid sensors - some devices need a feature report request in order to
change power state. This isn't part of the spec, but has been observed
on several devices and does no harm to others.
* mpl3115 has had two errors in the buffer description fixed. The presure is
signed, not unsigned and the temperature has 12 bits rather than 16.
These could lead to incorrect interpretation of the data in userspace.
* tsl2x7x - the high byte of the proximity thresholds should be written along
with the low byte (which was). This could lead to interesting results
with large thresholds.
* twl4030 - a flag to specify processed values were required was not set
when initializing a reading. As such values returned were in an unknown
state. Fixed by simply initializing it appropriately.
* IIO_SIMPLE_DUMMY_BUFFER did not select IIO_BUFFER leading to randconfig
build errors.
* ak8975 was applying an unwanted le16_to_cpu conversion as the i2c framework
already performs one. As such for big endian systems, the bytes would be
in the wrong order in the magnetic field measurements reported.
* mxs-lradc - the controllable voltage dividers were not enabled / disabled for
later channels than the first one during conversion.
* at91_adc error handling returned -ENOMEM in a u8. Return value of
at91_adc_get_trigger_value_by_name changed to int thus allowing -ENOMEM and
also original values to be returned.
* mcb - mcb_request_mem returns and ERR_PTR but the caller was checking for
NULL to detect an error.

After commits 890676c6 (kbuild: Use relative path when building in the source
tree) and 9da0763b (kbuild: Use relative path when building in a subdir

This breaks Documentation/DocBook/media/Makefile, because it tries to
create symlinks from a subdirectory of the object tree to the source
tree. Fix this by using a full path in this case.

Pull nohz updates from Frederic Weisbecker:
" This set moves the nohz kick, used to notify a full dynticks CPU when
events require tick rescheduling, out of the scheduler tick to a
dedicated IPI.
This debloats a bit the scheduler IPI from off-topic work that was
abusing that scheduler fast path for its convenient asynchronous
properties. Now the nohz kick uses irq-work for its own needs.
Of course this implied quite some background infrastructure rework,
including:
* Clean up some irq-work internals
* Implement remote irq-work
* Implement nohz kick on top of remote irq-work
* Move full dynticks timer enqueue notification to new kick
* Move multi-task notification to new kick
* Remove unecessary barriers on multi-task notification

This commit reverts the addition of lockdep checking to raw_seqcount_begin
for the following reasons:
1) It violates the naming convention that raw_* functions should not
do lockdep checks (a convention that is also followed by the other
raw_*_seqcount_begin functions).
2) raw_seqcount_begin does not spin, so it can only be part of an ABBA
deadlock in very special circumstances (for instance if a lock
is held across the entire raw_seqcount_begin()+read_seqcount_retry()
loop while also being taken inside the write_seqcount protected area).
3) It is causing false positives with some existing callers, and there
is no non-lockdep alternative for those callers to use.
None of the three existing callers (__d_lookup_rcu, netdev_get_name, and
the NFS state code) appear to use the function in a manner that is ABBA
deadlock prone.

It is possible that at task_numa_placement() time, the task's
numa_preferred_nid does not change, but the task is not
actually running on the preferred node at the time.
In that case, we still want to attempt migration to the

The first thing task_numa_migrate() does is check to see if there is
CPU capacity available on the preferred node, in order to move the
task there.
However, if the preferred node is all busy, we would skip considering
that node for tasks swaps in the subsequent loop. This prevents NUMA
convergence of tasks on busy systems.
However, swapping locations with a task on our preferred nid, when
the preferred nid is busy, is perfectly fine.
The fix is to also look for a CPU on our preferred nid when it is
totally busy.
This changes "perf bench numa mem -p 4 -t 20 -m -0 -P 1000" from
not converging in 15 minutes on my 4 node system, to converging in
10-20 seconds.
