As exynos_cpuidle_init() and exynos_cpufreq_init() functions have just
one line of code for registering platform devices. So we can move them
to exynos_dt_machine_init() and remove exynos_cpuidle_init() and
exynos_cpufreq_init(). This will help in reducing lines of code in
exynos.c, making it more clean.

Under "arm/mach-exynos" many files are using PMU register offsets.
Since we have added support for accessing PMU base address via DT,
now we can remove PMU mapping from exynosX_iodesc. Let's convert
all these access using iomapped address.
This will help us in removing static mapping of PMU base address
as well as help in reducing dependency over machine header files.
Thus helping for migration of PMU implementation from machine to
driver folder which can be reused for ARM64 based SoC.
Also as we have removed static mappings from "regs-pmu.h" it does
not need map.h anymore. But "platsmp.c" needed this and till now it
got included indirectly. So lets move header inclusion of
"mach/map.h" from "regs-pmu.h" to "platsmp.c".

Turning off a cluster when all 4 cores of the cluster are powered off
saves power significantly. Powering off the A15 L2 alone gives around
100mW in savings. Add support for powering off the A15/A7 clusters on
exynos5420/5800.
The patch enables specific register bits which ensure that:
- cluster L2 will be turned on before the first man is powered up.
- last man will be turned off before the cluster L2 is turned off.
- core is powered down before powering it up.
Remove the exynos_cluster_power_control function completely as we can
rely on the above mentioned bits rather than polling the cluster power
status register.

The digital layer of the NFC subsystem currently
supports a 'tg_listen_mdaa' driver hook that supports
devices that can do mode detection and automatic
anticollision. However, there are some devices that
can do mode detection but not automatic anitcollision
so add the 'tg_listen_md' hook to support those devices.
In order for the digital layer to get the RF technology
detected by the device from the driver, add the
'tg_get_rf_tech' hook. It is only valid to call this
hook immediately after a successful call to 'tg_listen_md'.

This patch adds default 64-bit mathematics in aclinux.h using do_div(). As
do_div() can be used for all Linux architectures, this can also be used as
stub macros for ACPICA 64-bit mathematics.
These macros are required by drivers/acpi/utmath.c when ACPI_USE_NATIVE_DIVIDE
is not defined. It is used by ACPICA, so currently this is only meaningful to
CONFIG_ACPI builds. So the kernel will not use these macros unless CONFIG_ACPI
is defined and ACPI_USE_DIVIDE is not defined.
For 64-bit kernels:
In include/acpi/actypes.h, for ACPI_MACHINE_WIDTH=64,
ACPI_USE_NATIVE_DIVIDE will be defined, thus these macros are not used.
In include/acpi/platform/aclinux.h, for __KERNEL__ surrounded code,
ACPI_MACHINE_WIDTH is defined to be BITS_PER_LONG.
So all 64-bit kernels do not use these macros.
For 32-bit kernels:
As mentioned above, these macros will be used when BITS_PER_LONG is 32.
Thus currently the i328 kernels are the only users for these macros.
But they won't use this default implementation provided by this patch,
because in arch/x86/include/asm/acenv.h, there are already overrides
implemented. So these default macros are not used by 32-bit x86 (i386)
kernels.
These macros will only be used by future non x86 32-bit architectures
that try to support ACPI in Linux kernel.
During the period they do not have arch specific implementations of such
macros, we can avoid build errors for them.
And since they can see ACPICA functioning without implementing any arch
specific environment tunings, we can also avoid function errors for
them.
As this implementation is not performance friendly, those architectures
still need to implement real support in the end.

`ni6527_reset()` is called to reset various registers when the device is
being initialized or deinitialized. The edge detection interrupt is
disabled by this function, but the rising and falling edge detection
registers are currently left alone. Call `ni6527_set_edge_detection()`
to set them to a known, disabled state.

The "edge detection interrupt" subdevice supports the
`INSN_CONFIG_CHANGE_NOTIFY` comedi instruction which is only supported
by one other driver. The `INSN_CONFIG_DIGITAL_TRIG` comedi instruction
is more flexible as it supports both edge and level detection, but is
not currently supported by this driver.
Add partial support for `INSN_CONFIG_DIGITAL_TRIG`, but only for edge
detection. Make use of the `ni6527_set_edge_detection()` used for
`INSN_CONFIG_CHANGE_NOTIFY`, but add a parameter holding a mask of the
rising and falling edges to be updated and preserve the unmasked edges
when updating.

This driver currently inverts the outputs for the DO (digital output)
subdevice for some of the boards it supports, indicated by the
`invert_outputs` member in the board-specific data being initialized to
1. It seems this driver shouldn't really be inverting outputs for these
boards at all, but has done so since the driver was first written back
in October 2006. I've had confirmation that for the PCI-6515 at least,
the output voltage levels are opposite to the values set by the user
program.
The driver by Jon Grierson originally supported only PCI-6514 and
PXI-6514 (and was originally called "ni_6514"). The driver was based on
"ni_6527", which is where the inversion of outputs appears to have come
from. Over a period of a few days, the driver was enhanced by Frank
Mori Hess to support other boards. Some of these plainly didn't require
inverted outputs and some guesswork was used to decide which boards
should have inverted outputs. Some of the boards in question are
described in the manual as having "Sink Outputs" and others are
described as having "Source Outputs", but this does not correspond in
any way with which boards are marked as having inverted outputs, so the
criterion that Frank used is a bit of a mystery!
Change the driver so it doesn't invert the outputs of these by boards by
default, but add a module parameter, "legacy_invert_outputs", that can
be set to 'true' to restore the old behaviour. Also rename the
`invert_outputs` member of `struct ni_65xx_board` to `legacy_invert`.

The ACPI_HANDLE() macro evaluates ACPI_COMPANION() internally to

more straightforward and efficient to use ACPI_COMPANION()
directly to obtain the device's ACPI companion object instead of
using ACPI_HANDLE() and acpi_bus_get_device() on the returned

Do that in several places in the ACPI PNP core code.

respectively, because the former two are more efficient if the
