An af_iucv stress test showed -EPIPE results for sendmsg()
calls. They are caused by quiescing a path even though it has
been already severed by peer. For IUCV transport shutdown()
consists of 2 steps:
(1) sending the shutdown message to peer
(2) quiescing the iucv path
If the iucv path between these 2 steps is severed due to peer
closing the path, the quiesce step is no longer needed.

pull request [net]: batman-adv 20140721
here you have two fixes that we have been testing for quite some time
(this is why they arrived a bit late in the rc cycle).
Patch 1) ensures that BLA packets get dropped and not forwarded to the
mesh even if they reach batman-adv within QinQ frames. Forwarding them
into the mesh means messing up with the TT database of other nodes which
can generate all kind of unexpected behaviours during route computation.
Patch 2) avoids a couple of race conditions triggered upon fast VLAN
deletion-addition. Such race conditions are pretty dangerous because
they not only create inconsistencies in the TT database of the nodes
in the network, but such scenario is also unrecoverable (unless
nodes are rebooted).

The fact that the pixelformat is using a packed RGB format has nothing
to do with the colorspace that is being used. Those are very different
things. The colorspace decides what color a triplet of RGB numbers
actually map to. E.g. a red color with values (255, 0, 0) is a different
type of red depending on the colorspace. If the original pixelformat was
e.g. YUV in colorspace REC709, then after the conversion to RGB the
colorspace is still REC709. Unless the hardware actually converted the
colorspace as well from REC709 to sRGB, but that rarely if ever happens.
Remove this incorrect comment.

Fix the following error, which sometimes happens during the NFC data
transfer:
atmel_nand 80000000.nand: Time out to wait for interrupt: 0x00010000
atmel_nand 80000000.nand: something wrong, No XFR_DONE interrupt comes.
The root cause is that in the interrupt handler, we read the ISR but
only handle one interrupt. If more than one interrupt arrive at the same
time, then the second one will be lost.
During the NFC data transfer. Two NFC interrupts (NFC_CMD_DONE and
NFC_XFR_DONE) may come at the same time.
NFC_CMD_DONE means NFC command is sent, and NFC_XFR_DONE means NFC data
is transferred.
This patch can handle multiple NFC interrupts at the same time. During
the NFC data transfer, we need to wait for two NFC interrupts:
NFC_CMD_DONE and NFC_XFR_DONE.
Also we separate the completion initialization code to a
nfc_prepare_interrupt(), which is paired with nfc_wait_interrupt().
We call nfc_prepare_interrupt() before sending out nfc commands, to make
sure no interrupt lost.

The original report from Nikhil was that if data_offset > 0 and bytesused == 0,
then the check in __verify_length() would fail, even though the spec says that
if bytes_used == 0, then it will be replaced by the actual length of the
buffer.
After digging into it a bit more I realized that there were several other
things wrong:
- in __verify_length() it would use the application-provided length value
for USERPTR and the vb2 core length for other memory models, but it
should have used the application-provided length as well for DMABUF.
- in __fill_vb2_buffer() on the other hand it would replace bytesused == 0
by the application-provided length, even for MMAP buffers where the
length is determined by the vb2 core.
- in __fill_vb2_buffer() it tries to figure out if all the planes have
bytesused == 0 before it will decide to replace bytesused by length.
However, the spec makes no such provision, and it makes for convoluted
code. So just replace any bytesused == 0 by the proper length.
The idea behind this was that you could use bytesused to signal empty
planes, something that is currently not supported. But that is better
done in the future by using one of the reserved fields in strucy v4l2_plane.
This patch fixes all these issues.

Hans

If the ecc parameter is not the same as definition, when the
mtd core check these parameters, it will give the error result.
Take the following as an example:
Calculate how many bits can be corrected in one page.
According to the ecc parameters definition,
one page correct bits = (mtd->writesize * ecc->strength) / ecc->size
take the following use case as an example:
mtd->writesize = 2048 bytes
ecc->strength = 4 bytes (for 512 bytes)
before this patch, the ecc->size = 2048, so the result is 4 bytes.
after this patch, the ecc->size = 512, so the result is 16 bytes.
So, align the ecc parameters the same as definition to correct
this kind of error.
