We need to remove the ccflags from the Lustre code as it prevents
individual object files from building properly in the kernel build
system. It also hids the horrid mess that the Lustre include files are
made up of.
Start out by removing the toplevel ccflags variable pointing to
drivers/staging/lustre/include/ as a valid include path. This requires
the absolute include markings of a bunch of .h and .c files, which is
also done here.

When the one time programmable (OTP) memory region is entered by
issuing the 0xaa/0x55/0x88 command, the OTP memory occupies the
addresses which are normally used by the first sector of the regular
flash memory. This patch therefore invalidates cache for this
addresses after entering/exiting OTP memory.
This patch also moves the code into separate functions.

Some new Micron flash chips require reading the flag status register to
determine when operations have completed.
Furthermore, chips with multi-die stacks of the 65nm 256Mb QSPI also
require reading the status register before reading the flag status
register.
This patch adds support for the flag status register in the n25q512ax3

This MIC virtual bus driver takes the responsibility of creating all
the virtual devices connected to the PCIe device on the host and the
platform device on the card. The MIC bus hardware operations provide
a way to abstract certain hardware details from the base physical devices.
Examples of devices added on the MIC virtual bus include host DMA and card DMA.
This abstraction enables using a common DMA driver on host and card.

On some systems, hot-plug tests could hang forever waiting for cpu and
memory to be ready to be offlined. A special hot-plug target is created
to run full range of hot-plug tests. In default mode, hot-plug tests run
in safe mode with a limited scope. In limited mode, cpu-hotplug test is
run on a single cpu as opposed to all hotplug capable cpus, and memory
hotplug test is run on 2% of hotplug capable memory instead of 10%. In
addition to the above change, cpu-hotplug is chnged to change processor
affinity to cpu 0 so it doesn't impact itself while the test runs.

Commits 9ec36ca (of/irq: do irq resolution in platform_get_irq)
and ad69674 (of/irq: do irq resolution in platform_get_irq_byname)
change the semantics of platform_get_irq and platform_get_irq_byname
to always rely on devicetree information if devicetree is enabled
and if a devicetree node is attached to the device. The functions
now return an error if the devicetree data does not include interrupt
information, even if the information is available as platform resource
data.
This causes mfd client drivers to fail if the interrupt number is
passed via platform resources. Therefore, if of_irq_get fails, try
platform_get_resource as method of last resort. This restores the
original functionality for drivers depending on platform resources
to get irq information.
