If __kernel_text_address() doesn't recognize a return address on the
stack, it probably means that it's some generated code which
__kernel_text_address() doesn't know about yet.
Otherwise there's probably some stack corruption.
Either way, warn about it.

Since BIG_KEYS can't be compiled as module it requires one of the "stdrng"
providers to be compiled into kernel. Otherwise big_key_crypto_init() fails
on crypto_alloc_rng step and next dereference of big_key_skcipher (e.g. in
big_key_preparse()) results in a NULL pointer dereference.

big_key has two separate initialisation functions, one that registers the
key type and one that registers the crypto. If the key type fails to
register, there's no problem if the crypto registers successfully because
there's no way to reach the crypto except through the key type.
However, if the key type registers successfully but the crypto does not,
big_key_rng and big_key_blkcipher may end up set to NULL - but the code
neither checks for this nor unregisters the big key key type.
Furthermore, since the key type is registered before the crypto, it is
theoretically possible for the kernel to try adding a big_key before the
crypto is set up, leading to the same effect.
Fix this by merging big_key_crypto_init() and big_key_init() and calling
the resulting function late. If they're going to be encrypted, we
shouldn't be creating big_keys before we have the facilities to do the
encryption available. The key type registration is also moved after the
crypto initialisation.
The fix also includes message printing on failure.
If the big_key type isn't correctly set up, simply doing:
dd if=/dev/zero bs=4096 count=1 | keyctl padd big_key a @s
ought to cause an oops.

This fixes CVE-2016-7042.
Fix a short sprintf buffer in proc_keys_show(). If the gcc stack protector
is turned on, this can cause a panic due to stack corruption.
The problem is that xbuf[] is not big enough to hold a 64-bit timeout
rendered as weeks:
(gdb) p 0xffffffffffffffffULL/(60*60*24*7)
$2 = 30500568904943
That's 14 chars plus NUL, not 11 chars plus NUL.
Expand the buffer to 16 chars.
I think the unpatched code apparently works if the stack-protector is not
enabled because on a 32-bit machine the buffer won't be overflowed and on a
64-bit machine there's a 64-bit aligned pointer at one side and an int that
isn't checked again on the other side.
The panic incurred looks something like:
Kernel panic - not syncing: stack-protector: Kernel stack is corrupted in: ffffffff81352ebe

The Hyper-V netvsc driver was looking at the incorrect status bits
in the checksum info. It was setting the receive checksum unnecessary
flag based on the IP header checksum being correct. The checksum
flag is skb is about TCP and UDP checksum status. Because of this
bug, any packet received with bad TCP checksum would be passed
up the stack and to the application causing data corruption.
The problem is reproducible via netcat and netem.
This had a side effect of not doing receive checksum offload
on IPv6. The driver was also also always doing checksum offload
independent of the checksum setting done via ethtool.

Commit 7303a14750 ("sctp: identify chunks that need to be fragmented
at IP level") made the chunk be fragmented at IP level in the next round
if it's size exceed PMTU.
But there still is another case, PMTU can be updated if transport's dst
expires and transport's pmtu_pending is set in sctp_packet_transmit. If
the new PMTU is less than the chunk, the same issue with that commit can
be triggered.
So we should drop this packet and let it retransmit in another round
where it would be fragmented at IP level.
This patch is to fix it by checking the chunk size after PMTU may be
updated and dropping this packet if it's size exceed PMTU.

firewire-net, like the older eth1394 driver, reduced the initial MTU to
less than 1500 octets if the local link layer controller's asynchronous
packet reception limit was lower.
This is bogus, since this reception limit does not have anything to do
with the transmission limit. Neither did this reduction affect the TX
path positively, nor could it prevent link fragmentation at the RX path.
Many FireWire CardBus cards have a max_rec of 9, causing an initial MTU
of 1024 - 16 = 1008. RFC 2734 and RFC 3146 allow a minimum max_rec = 8,
which would result in an initial MTU of 512 - 16 = 496. On such cards,
IPv6 could only be employed if the MTU was manually increased to 1280 or
more, i.e. IPv6 would not work without intervention from userland.
We now always initialize the MTU to 1500, which is the default according
to RFC 2734 and RFC 3146.
On a VIA VT6316 based CardBus card which was affected by this, changing
the MTU from 1008 to 1500 also increases TX bandwidth by 6 %.
RX remains unaffected.

mistakenly introduced an upper limit for firewire-net's MTU based on the
local link layer controller's reception capability. Revert this. Neither
RFC 2734 nor our implementation impose any particular upper limit.
Actually, to be on the safe side and to make the code explicit, set
ETH_MAX_MTU = 65535 as upper limit now.
(I replaced sizeof(struct rfc2734_header) by the equivalent
RFC2374_FRAG_HDR_SIZE in order to avoid distracting long/int conversions.)

The maximum MTU is defined via the slave devices of an batman-adv
interface. Thus it is not possible to calculate the max_mtu during the
creation of the batman-adv device when no slave devices are attached. Doing
so would for example break non-fragmentation setups which then
(incorrectly) allow an MTU of 1500 even when underlying device cannot
transport 1500 bytes + batman-adv headers.
Checking the dynamically calculated max_mtu via the minimum of the slave
devices MTU during .ndo_change_mtu is also used by the bridge interface.

Broadcom BCM54612E support
This series is based on tip of torvalds/master.
The first patch adds register definitions from Broadcom docs.
The second patch adds the BCM54612E PHY ID, flags, and device-specific
RGMII internal delay initialization.
I tested on a custom board with an Aspeed AST2500 SOC with its second
MAC connected to this PHY.

This PHY has internal delays enabled after reset. This clears the
internal delay enables unless the interface specifically requests them.

When I prepared commit d250a5f90e ("pkt_sched: gen_estimator: Dont
report fake rate estimators"), htb still had an implicit rate estimator
for all its classes.
Then later, I made this rate estimator optional in commit 64153ce0a7
("net_sched: htb: do not setup default rate estimators"), but I forgot
to update htb use of gnet_stats_copy_rate_est()
After this patch, "tc -s qdisc ..." no longer report fake rate
estimators for HTB classes.

PQR_ASSOC MSR contains the RMID used for preformance monitoring of cache
occupancy and memory bandwidth. The upper 32bit of this MSR contain the
CLOSID for cache allocation. So we need to share the information between
the two facilities.
Move the rdt data structure declaration into the shared header file and
make the per cpu data structure containing the MSR values global.
