The way we handle include paths for DT has changed a bit, which
broke a file that had an unconventional way to reference a common
header file:
arch/arm64/boot/dts/rockchip/rk3399-gru-kevin.dts:47:10: fatal error: include/dt-bindings/input/linux-event-codes.h: No such file or directory
This removes the leading "include/" from the path name, which fixes it.

On this driver, it can fall through a switch. I tried to
annotate it, in order to shut up a gcc warning, but that
didn't work, as the logic there is somewhat complex.
So, instead, let's just repeat the code. gcc should likely
optimize it anyway, and this makes the code better readable,
IMHO.

On two switches, this driver have unannotated switch
fall through.
in the first case, it falls through a return. On the second
one, it prints undesired log messages on fall through.
Solve that by copying the commands that it should be
running. Gcc will very likely optimize it anyway, so this
sholdn't be causing any harm, and shuts up gcc warnings.

The atomisp currently produce hundreds of warnings when W=1.
It is a known fact that this driver is currently in bad
shape, and there are lot of things to be done here.
We don't want to be bothered by those "minor" stuff for now,
while the driver doesn't receive a major cleanup. So,
disable those warnings.

In the case the channel should be switched to one requiring DFS we need
to make sure that userspace will handle radar events when they happen.
For AP mode this is assumed to be the case, as a manager like hostapd
is required. However IBSS and MESH modes can work without further
userspace assistance, so refuse to use DFS channels unless userspace
vouches that it handles DFS.
NOTE: Userspace should have already flagged support earlier during mesh
or IBSS setup. However, this information is not readily accessible

When joining a mesh network it is not guaranteed that userspace has a
daemon listening for radar events. This is however required for channels
requiring DFS. To flag that userspace will handle radar events, it needs
to set NL80211_ATTR_HANDLE_DFS.
This matches the current mechanism used for IBSS mode.

ELK seems to very picky about the preconditions to reset.
Evidence on Eaglelake (8086:2e12 (rev 03)) shows that it does
not like if reset occurs when there is active ring.
Ville found out that there is workaround with name
'WaMediaResetMainRingCleanup' which suggests that we need to
cleanup rings before resetting. It is unclear what cleanup
exactly means but evidence shows that stopping the ring
does have an effect on reset reliability. This patch makes
reset successful on hangs induced by chained batches (the igt ones).
Note that if the hang is inside a shader, it is possible
that our attempts to stop the ring achieves anything.

The tm-resched-dscr test has started failing sometimes, depending on
what compiler it's built with, eg:
test: tm_resched_dscr
Check DSCR TM context switch: tm-resched-dscr: tm-resched-dscr.c:76: test_body: Assertion `rv' failed.
!! child died by signal 6
When it fails we see that the compiler doesn't initialise rv to 1 before
entering the inline asm block. Although that's counter intuitive, it
is allowed because we tell the compiler that the inline asm will write
to rv (using "=r"), meaning the original value is irrelevant.
Marking it as a read/write parameter would presumably work, but it seems
simpler to fix it by setting the initial value of rv in the inline asm.
