The issue can occur when CPU1 is doing something like irq_set_type()
and CPU0 performing an interrupt allocation, for example. Taking
an interrupt (like the one being reconfigured) would lead to a deadlock.

A solution to this is:

- Reorder the locking so that meson_gpio_irq_update_bits takes the lock
itself at all times, instead of relying on the caller to lock or not,
hence making the RMW sequence atomic,

- Rework the critical section in meson_gpio_irq_request_channel to only
cover the allocation itself, and let the gpio_irq_sel_pin callback
deal with its own locking if required,

- Take the private spin-lock with interrupts disabled at all times

As per the PLIC specification, maximum priority threshold value is 0x7

3688b0db5c irqchip/ti-sci-inta: Fix processing of masked irqs
The ti_sci_inta_irq_handler() does not take into account INTA IRQs state
(masked/unmasked) as it uses INTA_STATUS_CLEAR_j register to get INTA IRQs
status, which provides raw status value.
This causes hard IRQ handlers to be called or threaded handlers to be
scheduled many times even if corresponding INTA IRQ is masked.
Above, first of all, affects the LEVEL interrupts processing and causes
unexpected behavior up the system stack or crash.

Fix it by using the Interrupt Masked Status INTA_STATUSM_j register which
provides masked INTA IRQs status.

ceab3ac1e6 media: dvb-frontends: DUMMY_FE should depends on DVB_CORE
Using select for DVB_CORE doesn't work, as reported by
Randy:

	ld: drivers/media/dvb-core/dvbdev.o: in function `dvb_module_release':
	dvbdev.c:(.text+0x107d): undefined reference to `i2c_unregister_device'

The problem is actually caused by the dummy frontend driver,
which uses select, and it is missing an I2C dependency:

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for DVB_CORE
	  Depends on [m]: MEDIA_SUPPORT [=y] && MEDIA_DIGITAL_TV_SUPPORT [=y] && (I2C [=m] || I2C [=m]=n)

	  - DVB_DUMMY_FE [=y] && MEDIA_SUPPORT [=y] && MEDIA_TEST_SUPPORT [=y]

As this is the only frontend driver using "select DVB_CORE",
change it do depends on DVB_CORE.

5839681002 remoteproc: qcom_q6v5_mss: fix q6v5_probe() error paths
If an error occurs in q6v5_probe() after the proxy power domains
are attached, but before qcom_add_ipa_notify_subdev() is called,
qcom_remove_ipa_notify_subdev() is called in the error path, which
is a bug. Fix this by having that call be reached through a
different label.

Additionally, if qcom_add_sysmon_subdev() returns an error, the
subdevs that had already been added will not be properly removed.
Fix this by having the added subdevs (including the IPA notify one)
be removed in this case.

Finally, arrange for the sysmon subdev to be removed before the rest
in the event rproc_add() returns an error.

Have cleanup activity done in q6v5_remove() be done in the reverse
order they are set up in q6v5_probe() (the same order they're done
in the q6v5_probe() error path). Use a local variable for the
remoteproc pointer, which is used repeatedly.

fbfb9a60d5 dt-bindings: input: Convert gpio-keys bindings to schema
Convert the gpio-keys and gpio-keys-polled bindings to a DT schema. As
both bindings are almost the same, combine them into a single schema.

The binding said 'interrupts' was required, but testing on dts files
showed that it isn't required.

'linux,input-value' was only documented for gpio-keys-polled, but there
doesn't seem to be any reason for it to be specific to that. It can work
for gpio-keys too if the GPIO line(s) are available.

an allwinner,sun7i-a20-gmac compatible Ethernet MAC started to fail
by rejecting a MTU of 1536. The reason for that is that the DMA
capabilities are not readable on this version of the IP, and there
is also no 'tx-fifo-depth' property being provided in Device Tree. The
property is documented as optional, and is not provided.

MCP2221 has 4 pins that can be used as GPIO or configured
for alternate functionality such as clock generation and
IRQ detection. This patch adds support for GPIO functionality.

To set direction of a pin or to toggle its state after it
has been configured as GPIO, driver sends command to mcp2221
and parses response received from mcp2221. Based on this
response either 0 or appropriate error code is returned to
GPIO framework.

To get the direction or current state of a pin, driver
sends command and read response from the device. Based on
the response received from device direction or value
is sent to the GPIO framework.

Command from driver to mcp2221 device are output report.
Response received from mcp2221 is input report.

Datasheet (page 45-48) contains details about how to decode
the response received from device:

31b2212019 dm writecache: fix data corruption when reloading the target
The dm-writecache reads metadata in the target constructor. However, when
we reload the target, there could be another active instance running on
the same device. This is the sequence of operations when doing a reload:

1. construct new target
2. suspend old target
3. resume new target
4. destroy old target

Metadata that were written by the old target between steps 1 and 2 would
not be visible by the new target.

Fix the data corruption by loading the metadata in the resume handler.

Also, validate block_size is at least as large as both the devices'
logical block size and only read 1 block from the metadata during
target constructor -- no need to read entirety of metadata now that it
is done during resume.
