OVL and BTP IRAM buffers are never used, setup the bits for
for DBK/BIT/IP usage depending on CODA version in one place.
Also, use a simple allocator function and group IRAM addresses
and size in a coda_aux_buf structure.
This is done in preparation for CODA960 support.

Currently the rotator unit is used to copy decoded frames out into buffers
provided by videobuf2. Since the CODA reports the I/P/B frame type of the
last decoded frame, and this frame will be copied out in a later device_run,
depending on display order, we have to store the frame type until such time.
This patch also adds the B-frame type.

fc906b6d "Remove special clock usage in driver" removed
initialization of MFC special clock, arguing that there's
no need to do it explicitly, since it's one of MFC gate clock's
dependencies and gets enabled along with it. However, there's
no promise of keeping this hierarchy across Exynos SoC
releases, therefore this approach fails to provide a stable,
portable solution.
Out of all MFC versions, only v6 doesn't use special clock at all.
For other versions log a message only in case clk_get fails,
as not all the devices with the same MFC version require
initializing the clock explicitly.

- A regression fix for drbd. From Lars Ellenberg.
- Hooking up the compat ioctl for BLKZEROOUT, which requires no

* The demux code used to split out desired channels for devices that only
support reading sets of channels at one time had a bug where it was
building it's conversion tables against the wrong bitmap resulting in
it never actually demuxing anything. This is an old bug, but will be
effecting an increasing number of drivers as it is often used to avoid
some fiddly code in the individual drivers.
* bma180 and mma8452 weren't obeying the ABI wrt to units for acceleration.

nfsd4_probe_callback kicks off some work that will eventually run

BorisO reports that misc_register() fails often on xen. The current code
unregisters the CPU hotplug notifier in that case. If then a CPU is
offlined and onlined back again, we end up with a second timer running
on that CPU, leading to soft lockups and system hangs.
So let's leave the hotcpu notifier always registered - even if
mce_device_create failed for some cores and never unreg it so that we
can deal with the timer handling accordingly.

The Allwinner A23 SoC has a PRCM unit like the previous A31 SoC.
The differences are the AR100 clock can no longer be modified,
the APB0 clock has different divisors, and some clock gates are
gone.
This patch adds a compatible with a modified subdevice list for
the A23.

Some drivers may be performing most of Tx/Rx
aggregation on their own (e.g. in firmware)
including AddBa/DelBa negotiations but may
otherwise require Rx reordering assistance.
The patch exports 2 new functions for establishing
Rx aggregation sessions in assumption device
driver has taken care of the necessary
negotiations.

Haswell and newer Intel CPUs have support for RTM, and in that case DR6.RTM is
not fixed to 1 and DR7.RTM is not fixed to zero. That is not the case in the
current KVM implementation. This bug is apparent only if the MOV-DR instruction
is emulated or the host also debugs the guest.
This patch is a partial fix which enables DR6.RTM and DR7.RTM to be cleared and
set respectively. It also sets DR6.RTM upon every debug exception. Obviously,
it is not a complete fix, as debugging of RTM is still unsupported.

Some drivers (e.g. ath10k) report A-MSDU subframes
individually with identical seqno. The A-MPDU Rx
reorder code did not account for that which made
it practically unusable with drivers using
RX_FLAG_AMSDU_MORE because it would end up
dropping a lot of frames resulting in confusion in
upper network transport layers.

sdata can't be NULL, and key being NULL is really not possible
unless the code is modified.
The sdata check made a static analyze (klocwork) unhappy because
we would get pointer to local (sdata->local) and only then check
if sdata is non-NULL.

The "uptime" trace clock added in:
commit 8aacf017b0
tracing: Add "uptime" trace clock that uses jiffies
has wraparound problems when the system has been up more
than 1 hour 11 minutes and 34 seconds. It converts jiffies
to nanoseconds using:
(u64)jiffies_to_usecs(jiffy) * 1000ULL
but since jiffies_to_usecs() only returns a 32-bit value, it
truncates at 2^32 microseconds. An additional problem on 32-bit
systems is that the argument is "unsigned long", so fixing the
return value only helps until 2^32 jiffies (49.7 days on a HZ=1000
system).
Avoid these problems by using jiffies_64 as our basis, and
not converting to nanoseconds (we do convert to clock_t because
user facing API must not be dependent on internal kernel
HZ values).

free_nested needs the loaded_vmcs to be valid if it is a vmcs02, in
order to detach it from the shadow vmcs. However, this is not
available anymore after commit 26a865f4aa (KVM: VMX: fix use after
free of vmx->loaded_vmcs, 2014-01-03).
Revert that patch, and fix its problem by forcing a vmcs01 as the
active VMCS before freeing all the nested VMX state.

In the pm suspend/resume it is better
to disable the GPIO after the regmap_cache
setting calls so that if the call is interrupted
the new reg values will be cached and set on resume.
Also add pm_runtime_put in the remove call.
