Adding info about what is being switched off in the sys_perf_event_open
fallback.
New output (notice the 'switching off' lines):

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
