Pull namespace fix from Eric Biederman: "This fixes a race between put_ucounts and get_ucounts that can cause a use after free. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
