Suneel Garapati 005b25ad11 hte: tegra194: Add Tegra264 GTE support 
Add AON-GTE mapping and LIC GTE instance support for the Tegra264.
Move TSC clock parameters from macros to members of SoC data
as values differ for Tegra264 chip.
