Richard Zhu 46acbfbcc0 PCI: imx6: Skip controller_id generation logic for i.MX7D
[ Upstream commit f068ffdd03 ]

The i.MX7D only has one PCIe controller, so controller_id should always be
0. The previous code is incorrect although yielding the correct result.

Fix by removing "IMX7D" from the switch case branch.

Fixes: 2d8ed461db ("PCI: imx6: Add support for i.MX8MQ")

[Because this switch case does more than just controller_id
logic, move the "IMX7D" case label instead of removing it entirely.]

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
