Daniel Vetter 5bb562f829 drm: Drop DRM_CONTROL_ALLOW from ioctls
We've disabled control nodes in

commit 8a357d1004
Author: Daniel Vetter <daniel.vetter@ffwll.ch>
Date: Fri Oct 28 10:10:50 2016 +0200

    drm: Nerf DRM_CONTROL nodes

and there was only a minor uapi break that we've paper over with

commit 6449b088dd
Author: Daniel Vetter <daniel.vetter@ffwll.ch>
Date: Fri Dec 9 14:56:56 2016 +0100

drm: Add fake controlD* symlinks for backwards compat

Since then Keith has also added real control nodes with a
proper&useable uapi in the form of drm leases.

It's time to remove the control node leftovers.

Linux kernel
============

This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst

Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users.
These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
