Dr. David Alan Gilbert 2028c29587 RDMA/core: Remove unused ib_copy_path_rec_from_user 
ib_copy_path_rec_from_user() has been unused since 2019's
commit a1a8e4a85c ("rdma: Delete the ib_ucm module")

Remove it.
