Glenn Streiff 7495ab6837 RDMA/nes: Formatting cleanup 
Various cleanups:
	- Change // to /* .. */
	- Place whitespace around binary operators.
	- Trim down a few long lines.
	- Some minor alignment formatting for better readability.
	- Remove some silly tabs.
