Philipp Hahn 723ddce93e debugobjects: Drop likely() around !IS_ERR_OR_NULL() 
IS_ERR_OR_NULL() already uses likely(!ptr) internally. checkpatch points
out the nesting: Remove the explicit use of likely().

Change generated with coccinelle.
