Wade Farnsworth 57cc705f39 [POWERPC] Fix drivers/rtc/Kconfig for powerpc 
The powerpc arch uses CONFIG_PPC instead of CONFIG_POWERPC.  This fixes
drivers/rtc/Kconfig to use the correct config option.
