Stephen Rothwell 99a2379cdd powerpc: move hvCall.s to powerpc/platforms/iseries 
Rename it to hvcall.S and (so I can do that) rename hvcall.c
to hvlog.c - a more appropriate name.

Do some white space cleanups.
