Viresh Kumar a4b9a098f2 greybus: gpbridge: Rename gb-phy.ko module 
Rename gb-phy.ko module as gb-gpbridge.ko.

Tested on EVT 1.5 by inserting GP test module, all the devices were
enumerated correctly.
