Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz f1ca6d37f9 ide: remove CONFIG_IDEPCI_SHARE_IRQ config option 
We can safely remove CONFIG_IDEPCI_SHARE_IRQ and always support
PCI IRQ sharing.
