Updates for 4.17. Sorry, running a bit late on this, didn't have a chance to send pull-req before heading to linaro. But it has all been in linux-next for a while. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
