Roland Dreier f5eda57f9b mlx4_core: Delete incorrect comment 
The comment about a "Conditional on hca_type" was cut-and-pasted from
the mthca driver, and doesn't apply to mlx4 (since only one type of HCA
is handled by mlx4).  So just delete it.
