Ville Syrjälä cd7a88113d drm/i915: Limit WaFbcHighMemBwCorruptionAvoidance to skl and bxt 
Supposedly only skl/bxt need WaFbcHighMemBwCorruptionAvoidance.
Do not apply to the other gen9 platforms.
