Krzysztof Kozlowski ee8363381f regulator: vqmmc-ipq4019: fix module autoloading 
[ Upstream commit 68adb581a3 ]

Add MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE(), so the module could be properly autoloaded
based on the alias from of_device_id table.
