Hyper-V partition assist page is used when KVM runs on top of Hyper-V and is not used for Windows/Hyper-V guests on KVM, this means that 'hv_pa_pg' placement in 'struct kvm_hv' is unfortunate. As a preparation to making Hyper-V emulation optional, move 'hv_pa_pg' to 'struct kvm_arch' and put it under CONFIG_HYPERV. While on it, introduce hv_get_partition_assist_page() helper to allocate partition assist page. Move the comment explaining why we use a single page for all vCPUs from VMX and expand it a bit. No functional change intended. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
