Ewan D. Milne f49accf1eb scsi_debug: fix missing "break;" in SDEBUG_UA_CAPACITY_CHANGED case 
This eliminates a superfluous log message when the capacity is changed:

  "check_readiness: unexpected unit attention code=3"
