Peng Fan 72ca981dba firmware: arm_scmi: Fix function name typo in scmi_perf_proto_ops struct 
The performance protocol ops table incorrectly referenced
power_scale_mw_get instead of the correct power_scale_get.
Fix the typo to use the proper function.
