Shriram Rajagopalan d419e4c0f7 fix XEN_SAVE_RESTORE Kconfig dependencies 
Make XEN_SAVE_RESTORE select HIBERNATE_CALLBACKS.
Remove XEN_SAVE_RESTORE dependency from PM_SLEEP.
