Taimur Hassan eff8d30ac8 drm/amd/display: Promote DAL to 3.2.341 
This version brings along following fixes:
- Fixes for DCN401, DCN32
- Initial support of SmartMux
- Improvements for Replay, IPS, and IPS2
- Refactor of DSC
