Stephen Boyd f00618a3be Qualcomm clock updates for v6.15
Support is introduced for associating GDSCs with multiple power-domains,
in order to handle the cases where both (some form of) CX and MX needs
 to be voted for.

New support for IPQ9574 NSS clock controller, QCS8300 GPU and video
clock controllers are added, as is RPM clocks for SDM429. LPASS resets
 are added for QCM6490.

Branch clock halt halt check is corrected for clocks with voted halt
 state.

SM8250 camera clocks are moved to rcg2_shared_ops, to make sure they are
parked when disabled. Missing SDCC resets are added for SDM660. SM8750
global clock controller regmap is adjusted to not trigger a security
violation if the regmap is dumped.

On SM8650 USB GDSCs are moved to retain the state during power down.

The GPU AHB clock and display XO clock are removed from Linux's control
for X Elite, as they shouldn't be managed by the OS.

A few smaller improvements and corrections to the GDSC implementation.

UART frequencies for IPQ5424 are corrected to fix issues with UART flow
control, SDCC apps frequency table is corrected to make the SDCC clock
tick at the expected frequency. IPQ5018 global clock controller is being
allowed to be built on Arm32 as well.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
