Randy Dunlap a81c52a81d [PATCH] Kconfig: remove redundant NETDEVICES depends 
drivers/net/Kconfig says:
# All the following symbols are dependent on NETDEVICES - do not repeat
# that for each of the symbols.

so remove duplicate 'depends' uses of NETDEVICES.
