Atsushi Nemoto 9fd32cfbb6 [MIPS] Add GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO__DO_IRQ for i8259 users 
Now that i8259A_chip uses new irq flow handler select
GENERIC_HARDIRQS_NO__DO_IRQ on some more platforms.
