Ryan Bradetich 075b8783da [PARISC] HPPB bus updates for E-Class systems 
This patch addresses the following issues:
   * Removes an incorrect comment.
   * Fixes a couple of compiler warnings.
   * Properly detects the HP-PB bus on E-Class systems.
