Kamalesh Babulal d2b4397bf8 powerpc: Fix iseries drivers build failure without CONFIG_VIOPATH 
iSeries dependent drivers fail to build, when CONFIG_VIOPATH is disabled.

Fix the problem by making those drivers select it.
