Ben Dooks a18327f35a [ARM] S3C: Remove unused CONFIG_DEBUG_S3C_PORT 
Remove the unused CONFIG_DEBUG_S3C_PORT as we currently only have
support for using the S3C UARTs via the low-level debug code.
