Martin K. Petersen dd3d145d49 block: Fix discard alignment calculation and printing 
Discard alignment reporting for partitions was incorrect.  Update to
match the algorithm used elsewhere.

The alignment can be negative (misaligned).  Fix format string
accordingly.
