Kinglong Mee 9ad3947d25 nfs/filelayout: Fix NULL reference caused by double freeing of fh_array 
[ Upstream commit 3ec0c97959 ]

If filelayout_decode_layout fail, _filelayout_free_lseg will causes
a double freeing of fh_array.
