Richard Weinberger a6664433d3 ubifs: Set double hash cookie also for RENAME_EXCHANGE 
We developed RENAME_EXCHANGE and UBIFS_FLG_DOUBLE_HASH more or less in
parallel and this case was forgotten. :-(
