Fabian Frederick a9814c5d2d fs/ufs: convert printk to pr_foo() ...

Use current logging functions.

- no level printk under CONFIG_UFS_DEBUG converted to pr_debug

- no level printk elsewhere converted to pr_err

- add DDEBUG flag in Makefile

- coalesce formats
