Baruch Siach 428a1cb4ba psi: fix reference to kernel commandline enable ... The kernel commandline parameter named in CONFIG_PSI_DEFAULT_DISABLED help text contradicts the documentation in kernel-parameters.txt, and the code. Fix that.
