Kunihiko Hayashi a1bf1c60b5 phy: socionext: Add UniPhier AHCI PHY driver support 
Add a driver for PHY interface built into ahci controller implemented
in UniPhier SoCs. This supports PXs2 and PXs3 SoCs.
