Philipp Zabel 05cf8fffcd reset: ti-syscon: fix to_ti_syscon_reset_data macro 
The to_ti_syscon_reset_data macro currently only works if the
parameter passed into it is called 'rcdev'.

Fixes a checkpatch --strict issue:
