Alexandre Belloni f01f4ffdfb rtc: cmos: Revert "rtc: Fix the AltCentury value on AMD/Hygon platform" 
There are multiple reports of this patch breaking RTC time setting for AMD
platforms.

This reverts commit 7ad295d519.
