Daisuke Nojiri 9c744c6ff2 power: supply: sbs-charger: Fix INHIBITED bit for Status reg 
commit b2f2a3c980 upstream.

CHARGE_INHIBITED bit position of the ChargerStatus register is actually
0 not 1. This patch corrects it.
